Volunteering

A background check is required for everyone who wants to volunteer in any capacity, including field trips.  Please download the Youth Leader Form, read it, complete the information, check the permission box, sign and return to either the elementary or high school office.  A form is required for each person.  Please note that the person for whom the background check is being ordered must complete the form.  You may not complete the form for another individual.

Complete the form only if you plan on volunteering or being a chaperone.

Volunteers are also required to read the Volunteer Handbook, complete and sign the last page.  Return the page to either the elementary or high school office.
